To use our services:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration details.

• Sellers can list and manage farm products for sale.
• Buyers can browse, order, and pay for listed products.
• Delivery Drivers may be registered to support product deliveries but are not employees of Skav Agro.

• Sellers can list and manSellers must ensure all listings are accurate, safe, and lawful.
• Buyers must pay for products they order and provide valid delivery information.
• Delivery drivers are responsible for handling goods professionally.

• Payments are processed securely through our platform.
• Skav Agro may charge a service fee or commission on transactions.

In case of disputes (e.g., damaged goods, late delivery), we encourage buyers and sellers to resolve issues amicably. Skav Agro may step in to mediate, but is not liable for failed transactions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be fraudulent, abusive, or violating these Terms.

All content on the platform (except user-generated listings) is the property of Skav Agro and may not be copied or reused without permission

Skav Agro is a facilitator and is not responsible for:

• Quality or condition of farm produce
• Delays or failure in delivery caused by third parties.
• Losses resulting from user negligence or dishonesty.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new terms
